Akıllı Turizm Gelişimi İçin Yenilikçi Bir Çözüm Olarak Blok Zincir Teknolojisi Üzerine Sistematik Bir İnceleme

Abstract
Teknolojinin özellikle bilgi teknolojileri alanında ilerlemesi turizm sektörü başta olmak üzere çeşitli sektörlerde büyük değişimlere neden olmuştur. Bu çalışmada, turizm sektöründe Blok Zinciri teknolojisinin kullanım potansiyeli ve uygulamaları detaylı bir şekilde incelenmiştir. Web of Science veritabanından elde edilen verilerle 312 makale üzerinde yapılan analizler sonucunda, 17 makale üzerinden çıkarımlar yapılmıştır. Blok Zinciri teknolojisinin turizmdeki kullanımının getirdiği fırsatlar ve karşılaşılan zorluklar net bir şekilde ortaya konmuştur. Çalışma, bu teknolojinin turizmde maliyetleri azaltabileceği, kripto para birimlerinin benimsenmesini teşvik edebileceği ve turizm ekosistemlerini kapsayıcı hale getirebileceği üzerinde durmuştur. Ancak, deneyim eksikliği, altyapı eksikliği ve paydaşların teknolojiye ilişkin farkındalık eksikliği gibi zorluklar da belirtilmiştir. Blok Zinciri teknolojisinin turizmi teşvik ettiği ve finansal sistemleri riske karşı koruduğu gözlemlenmiştir. Bununla birlikte, Blok Zinciri teknolojisinin turizmdeki kullanımını engelleyen bazı zorluklar da belirtilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, Blok Zinciri teknolojisinin turizm sektöründe çeşitli fırsatlar sunmasına rağmen, başarı için bazı engellerin aşılması gerektiği vurgulanmıştır. Bu teknoloji, turizm deneyimini geliştirmek, sürdürülebilir davranışları ödüllendirmek, yerel topluluklara fayda sağlamak ve mahremiyet endişelerini azaltmak gibi önemli hedeflere ulaşmada potansiyel sunmaktadır.

Abstract
The advancement of technology, particularly in the field of information technology, has led to significant changes in various sectors, including the tourism industry. This study examines in detail the potential use and applications of Blockchain technology in the tourism sector. Through analysis of 312 articles obtained from the Web of Science database, conclusions were drawn based on 17 articles. The opportunities and challenges brought about by the use of Blockchain technology in tourism were clearly outlined. The study emphasizes that this technology has the potential to reduce costs, promote the adoption of cryptocurrencies, and make tourism ecosystems more inclusive. However, challenges such as lack of experience, infrastructure deficiencies, and stakeholders' lack of awareness of technology were also noted. Observations indicate that Blockchain technology promotes tourism and protects financial systems against risks. Nevertheless, some challenges hinder its use in tourism. In conclusion, while Blockchain technology offers various opportunities in the tourism sector, overcoming certain barriers is essential for success. This technology has the potential to enhance the tourism experience, reward sustainable behavior, benefit local communities, and mitigate privacy concerns.
